The Italians are buying polish furnitures
Mebelplast has taken a necessary legal actions against an Italian company Callia Maddalena (www.caliamaddalena.it) due to the fact of coping by them our model Lotus that is Anna’s Krol design. Calia Maddalena has not only exactly copied the sofa but it has used on it’s website the original photo materials that were made for Mebelplast by an Italian photographer Giovanni Langellotti, moreover they have violated the photo models rights to her own image.
“This fact brings into doubt the creativity of some Italian companies and it confirms that even a famous manufacturers from Apennine Peninsula can dare to copy the concurrent’s products. Anna Krol and Mebelplast team that have taken part in making this model are proud that Italians known from their excellent designs have copied their masterpiece”- says the Mebelplast Chairmen of the board Mr. Marek Kolakowski.
Lotus model is one of the leading sofas in Residence Collection that brings to home interiors a taste of prestige and elegance. It is very popular among our customers and as a proof we can list for instance the fact that the main characters from “Crown Witness” motion picture seat on it while making an interview with title- person. “Is it possible that the compatriots of Carleone family liked our sofa so much that they have decided to copy it?”- asks with a smile Marek Kolakowski.
